Community Guidelines

• Don't impersonate other people, brands, or organizations.
• One person, one personal account. Don't run networks of fake accounts.
• Don't buy, sell, or trade accounts, friends, likes, or guestbook posts.

• No harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted hate.
• No content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, disease, age, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
• No doxxing — don't share other people's private information (address, phone, ID, etc.).
• Don't send unwanted friend requests, guestbook posts, or messages after someone has asked you to stop.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse material. We remove it, terminate the accounts involved, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other authorities as required by law.

Don't share sexualized content involving minors, attempt to contact minors for sexual purposes, or post content that endangers a minor's safety.

• Don't post graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies attacks on people.
• Don't promote terrorism, violent extremism, or organized criminal activity.
• Don't encourage self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

Spaces is not a platform for pornographic content. Don't post sexually explicit imagery or solicit sexual services. Tasteful artistic, educational, and documentary nudity may be allowed in limited contexts; we may still age-gate or remove content at our discretion.

• Only upload music and audio you have the right to use.
• Don't use Spaces to redistribute full commercial tracks you don't own.
• We respond to valid copyright takedown notices and may remove infringing content.

• No phishing, scams, pyramid schemes, or financial fraud.
• No malware, deceptive links, or attempts to compromise other accounts.
• Don't artificially inflate friends, likes, or visits, and don't use bots to interact with Spaces.

Don't use Spaces to coordinate sales of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit items, or other regulated products that require offline verification.

Don't post intimate images of someone without their consent. Don't share private communications, photos, or recordings of others without permission where consent is required.

If you see content or behavior that breaks these Guidelines, report it from the profile, post, or message, or email safety@spaces.app.

Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, limit features, hide a Space from Explore, suspend an account, or permanently terminate it. Serious violations can result in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement.
